You can try SansGrip's filters NoMoSmooth and FluxSmooth. They are very fast. Convolution3D and Dust (SpaceDust, PixieDust and FaeryDust )are out of the question for your CPU :roll:

You'll be looking at 2+ days encoding per movie. You really need at least a P3 @1Ghz, and that is still slow.
