If you set "Force FILM", you encode at 23.976. Not at 29.97. Also, I suggest you try using DVDDecrypter. It's the best ripper :wink:
Use DVD2AVI version 1.76 for your project file.

You probably didn't set "Force FILM" in DVD2AVI when you ripped it, so you encoded at 23.976fps the "Telecined" video that is 29.97.
