You should be able to follow the AVI to KVCD...
You should be able to follow the AVI to KVCD guide made by Black Prince. That would be very similar, as you're processing a captured DV file. Check the link for the guide in the "KVCD Templates" area...

The problem with DV captures is that they are 29.97fps. So there's a lot of wasted space, as opposed to true FILM 24fps pictures. So you will fit on average about 20% less time on your target CDs ...
