1,350Kbps is cutting it a little low for MAX bit rate and the resolution of 704x480 :roll:
You'll see blocks on medium to high action scenes.

Check your Pioneer 333 again. It should play...

Check your Pioneer 333 again. It should play 704x480 fine with the KVCDx2 template "as is". It doesn't play 352x480 correctly. Only shows left half of the screen.
