Use 24 for frame rate of 23.976, 25 for 25fps...
Use 24 for frame rate of 23.976, 25 for 25fps (PAL) and 30 for NTSC 29.97fps
Use default of 112Kbps for all. Don't use joint stereo. Dolby signals are killed with it. Use dual channel or stereo...
