Change this line:

SwitchThreshold = (Width<=352) ? 4 : (Width<=480) ? 3 : 2

To:

SwitchThreshold = (Width<=352) ? 8 : (Width<=480) ? 3 : 2

That will decrease the blurring only on 352x...
