Parameters to get correct size of a vcd in dvd2svcd

BBmpeg tab make sure VCD and VBR are checked also make sure force muxed rate is set to 0

Set frames per spread to 80 and spread to 60. The test encodes will run a bit longer but size will be...

Kwag's matrice for dvd2svcd

If You would like to include Kwag's matrice in dvd2svcd just cut and paste the matrice below in the matrice.ini in the dvd2svcd folder.


Open up matrice.ini and paste the follwing at the bottom....
