TMPGEnc: Divx aspect ratio best in FitCD?

Hi

I have a Divx which is coded at 704x368 PAL (no borders), my TV is a 32'' (16:9) system, I have tried many setting but can't get the right aspect at the end.

What for setting would you do in...
