thanks for the fast reply. I tried running as root and its the same deal. In full disk mode I try to select dvd drive and it's blank and there's no options in the drop down menu.

Linux: Dvd shrink problem

When I run dvdshrink under wine it won't recognize the dvd drive. I have it mounted on /dev/cdrom1 but it doesn't see it.
Any idea how to get it working? btw- its fedora core 2
