KVCD: Calculating file size with NTSC 29.97fps captures?

I am digitizing hour long shows with AVI_IO (NTSC 720x480 29.97fps, MJPEG quality=19), editing out the commercials and applying deinterlace filter with Virtual Dub, and frame-serving it into Tmpgeng....
