NO OVERSCAN:
- Keep the same "visual" film size of the source.
- Encode with no borders.
- Loose bitrate encoding film pixels in the side borders that you will not see in most TVs.

I almost can't see any difference from the source! 8O
But the source is 60MB and the encode is 35MB... 8)
