they don't look like dropped frames, I can't even uplaod a sample file because my ftp keeps cutting the connection on me, I'l try and uplaod it somewhere so u can see what I mean.

flickering lines

I am getting flickering lines on screen in vdub and in wintv when I goto view or capture video, anyone know what is causing the flickering?? I have already pulled the wire out the tv in and put it...
