that script works only with avisynth2.5x
the filters(plugins) are present but check if his versions are...

seems that you need the mpeg2dec3.dll

download it and all filters that you need in: http://www.avisynth.org/warpenterprises/

unzip the .dll inside the avisynth filter folder...
