I removed the Divx and Mpeg4 codecs and rebooted...

I removed the Divx and Mpeg4 codecs and rebooted but I'm sorry to say that the results were the same. The final encode had a CQ of 2.11

I'm still not convinced that CQMatic is the problem though...

Average bit rate: 800
