It will cause sync problems on some standalones, but if you want to be sure, you'll have to resample.

One way to deal with the file is to first encode the AC3 file to WAV and then process the WAV...

It means that BeSweet cannot resample and change the frame rate at the same time. In the earlier versions you could do that but the result was a disaster.

Doesn't your standalone player like 48kHz...
