yes that option stays unchecked or checked once you set it...
no matter which template you use...
But the problem is for new people installing TmpgEnc is that it is checked by default...

I am using 2.58, but I noticed when check or uncheck the detect scene change...
It does it for all the templates regardless of what you had checked when you saved the template...

New Temp & GOP
I noticed you updated the templates for the new GOP, but the scene change is still checked...
Should it be checked or unchecked?
