I believe the whole BB_Resolution thing only applies to the sharpen method. It's kwag's (very clever) way of varying the strength of the sharpen according to the resolution. Blockbuster knows nothing...

...which raises an interesting point. When using TMPGEnc resizing you're significantly altering the noise added by Blockbuster, because it should really be used after the resize.
