You can use divxfix or similar...

You can use divxfix or similar to identify bad frames and corruption.
Once you have identified the corrupt frame you can delete them with virtualdub using the mark in and mark out...

it has a basic error check, although it can fix the stream it can also desync the audio. I personally use Virtual dub to remove...
