w/ mpeg2, do I have to change anything in tmpgenc?
since now, I used beta-1 matrix, new gop, CQ method w/ max 2500...

problem with samsung dvd3e player
this great combo (vhs+dvd) can play _any_ of kvcd templates (for res bigger than 352x288 it's necessary a svcd-remux w/ tmpgenc)
but there is a boring artifact w/ resolutions 528x576 and sup.: in...
