I made it!

Virtual Dub have interprated the video stream with the wrong decoder. Virtual Dub only showed the first key frame and then only a black screen. The audio came up ok.

Now it works...

Encoding with DivX2KVCD, problems with media player

In the past I did a few DivX2KVCD convertions successfully, but now I have several problems.

My source is Two Weeks N***** 576x288 with 128Kb MP3. I can view this movie without problems with media...
