Is KVCDx3's resolution settings locked?
Hi Kwag.
I just downloaded the "KVCDx3 mpeg1 NTSC.mcf" template and saw that the settings resolution can't be changed.
I never know that, using TOK I didn't look there. Now, using the CQMATIQ...
