I use the latest version of neuron2's dgindex (an update/bugfix to dvd2avi).
When I try to open a d2v file created by dgindex using calcumatic, I get an error:
File is not a valid DVD2AVI...

I read more posts and found out abou the filename length problem - definitely the reason for the above. I was using very long filenames -of the form myhero-1xn-bla bla bla bla bla-k3s.mpg... It works...

I prefer CQMatic because I don't like loss of control.. I prefer to set up everything myself - avisynth, tmpgenc, filters, script etc. CQMatic just helps with file prediction size.

Is it possible to have in a new version, a setting for SVCD wrapper?

Because I mux in that way with bbmpeg so my player will play the KVCD(x3) and this causes some more overhead.
