Pro, if I'm not wrong kDVD_express uses mencoder. Please do NOT advice someone that have problems with Diko to use mencoder WITHOUT ANY NOTICE !

Mencoder is, and stays, a tool that is not to be...

If you are dealing with pal video look in spanish forum and download kdvd express an ksvcd packs, open desired bat file (ksvcd_express.bat I think is your choiced). Script instructions are in english...

1 - Correct forum would be DIKO one.
2 - You can do KVCD mpeg2 mpeg multichannel but your standalone must to support it. If not it make not sense. ac3 5.1 only is supported by KDVD (DVD standard)....
