Double check guide and remake subtitles step by step. Be patient and dont interrupt bmp creation. Wait until subrip creates all bmps. I did it and not problem with my subtitles.

DVD2AVI shows a lot of movie pal dvd as interlaced, but actually are not. When you have some doubt, search for combing effect, it is to say truth in what you see.

Do use your usual script without change pal fps, but resizing to ntsc...
