The idea is to try forcing the I-Frame bitrate with the MVBR mode, to get a fixed size file!
Let's see if I'm able to do that!.

How to write a text file from a avisynth script?
Hi,
I'd like to write a text file with the YDifferenceFromPrevious value of each frame, to get statistics about the clip.
Is there any function, script or plugin I can use to do that? Or should...
