Windows Movie Maker 1 or2 Windows Media Encoder.
That the best and fastest Programms. They encode WMV Videos with a better SVCD Quality on one CD in realtime. I've test ist. But I can't believe it....

And also it can read DivX It have not to read WMV. It'S totally not the same MPEG-4 standart.

MPEG-4 is better as the normal MPEG Standart. WMV with the same bitrate is a lot better than a KVCD but I don't think you can play it on your DVD Player.
Perhaps the files have the end *.wmv but...
