Thanx Phil ,but if i were to use a max bitrate of 2000 instead of the recommended 1800 would that give me better picture or no,i doubt it but just wanted to ask :D

KVCD: anything over 352x240 is jumpy in DVD player?

I have a dvd player cyberhome 300 ,i know everyone who has it says it plays all resolution great but for me anything over 352x240 is jumpy.I have tried switching from Ntsc to pal to auto and so forth...
