finally i have solved the problem with my philips dvd player
actually it was quit simple everything checks out fine what i did but i had too adjust vbv too 48 and the min bitrate too 400 to get...

i have a philips dvd 710 and am using kvcd and i am happy too report that it works ( partially ) the thing is when i encode a divx movie with tmpeg encoder in 352x240 format using kvcd...
