Just remember your encoding from a previous encode which already was lossy.
And you're going for too much video data IMHO.

You don't use both at the same time.
Unless you want to use tmpgenc just to mux your audio and video since...

Since DIKO only uses CCE or FreeEnc I wouldn't try to use it for low bitrate encodings with many movies.
For LBR/U-LBR RichManDash should use Tmpgenc.
But since you're starting it is...
