And you can avoid all that trouble by pressing CTRL+N, that is start a new project ;-).
Of course, you'll have to create all your project again and save it as text project again too :?

Hmmm, Calcumatic/CQMatic and TMPGEnc were built with MPEG1- and MPEG-2 in mind.
You're trying XviD which is MPEG-4.
Don't know but Kwag may have more to say about it.

You said it includes CQM 1.2.06 but I installed it and it claims to be CQM 1.2.05 instead....
