DVDPatcher maybe. Bitrateviewver can't do anything on GOP in free relaese. I will try the first one.
But is anyone aware about a REAL broken MPEG fixer ? That must exists somewhere !

But a friend of mine has a m2v stream that was recorded on a Digital VCR, cutted with MPEG2CUT (for removing commercials), and since then, the mpeg (mpeg2 in PAL DVD format)...
