You probably continued to use the disc, right ? Then new datas have override old ones and thus, they are lost.

What filescavenger tells you about integrity of the data before you recover them...

This is an AVERAGE. There isn't any counter written on the disc that decrease from 999 to 0 and then the CD explodes :-)
