Even with the settings set to "No Color Conversion" ? That sounds like a bug !
For me no conversion means no conversion :-)

You must add this line in your script :
function ConvertToYUY2(clip c){ return isYV12(c) ? c : convertToYV12(c) }

This way you will block the "ConvertToYUY2" added by D2S.
