Just to clarify that :

It seems to me that your movie has multipla angles. This can explain that (vobedit does not handle angles), and this can also explain the diff between video and audio length...

m2v length of tempgenc encoded movie
m2v length of vobedit demuxed...

Note: why do you use a script designed to deal with avi source when you have a DVD as source ?

For instance, remove the "blindPP" line, it is useless ("cpu=4" does the same in the mpeg2source...

The ac3 is the one extracted with DGIndex, while you compiled the d2v ?

Try to extract the ac3 directly from the vobs (with vob edit) and compare the lenghts.

Two minutes it's long !
