besweet does not read dual track avi. And FYI it handle very badly the avi in fact (big peak in the first second that make the sound near to zero for the remainder of the track if you use "normalize"...

YOu have a MP3 codec installed and Virtualdub complains about a MP3 codec ? There is an error somewhere.

Check you avi with the tool called "Gspot". It will tell you exactly what codec you are...
