But what you can try, if your standalone support SVCD, is to demux your KVCD and remux (and burn) it in (K)SVCD.

Perhaps in SVCD mode the standalone will be more lazzy on the standards.

If you did only one, perhaps you should do an other.

Is the mpg play correclt on the PC or does the problem occurs also on it ?
