You can for instance load your AC3 file using Directshowsource(), in that case you can use AC3Filter.ax for decoding the AC3 and also downmixing via AC3filters settings. Im not shure if a 5.1...

Note that mpeg2source means no audio as this only imports a d2v video-only frameserving.
