For best results as said do set the crop to round 2 as your source is progressive, also do set cropping to accurate to avoid AR errors (right side in the error message box), also resize is set to 16!...

You cant directly resize from PAR 1:1 (that source) to your needed 720 x X ! Makes no sense as you everytime should encode...
