Depends on the resizing quality of the Standalone, as in the case of NTSC input and PAL TV output he scales internally the image to 702x576 so it fits the 625 lines ... same will be done at 352x288...

PS: Moment! He can do a PAL 25fps 480x480 encoding as I know he already made some...
