b) I just rembered that I maybe hered about Zoran/Philips Chip support under Linux ... as that chip (DC10/DC30) really is the best one...

Just to see how it works and to try out I want to run Linux from a CD.
I found MandrakeMove as it also should be able to run from CD and they do say it gots the best hardware support .....
