.. put mencoder.exe...
Just for testing ...
.. put mencoder.exe directly into the system32 folder within the windows or WinNT folder on your C: Drive.
So it will be defenitely recognised as I do remember it is...

you have to have the...
Well the prinicip is,
you have to have the packshot.exe and ITS needed FOlders (engines, settings) in the same folder where mencoder.exe is, if that is done right, everything should work fine ;-)
