:D true but usign a filter in vdub called TV Y channle most of the lines seems to fade but the output is B&W :D

horizontal lines in source file?

i have soem divx files and some of them have these lines during action scenes or fast movement see sample below.ive tried the deinterlace option in moviesatcker but nothing seems to work are there...
