TMPGEnc gives error on exit

The instruction at "0x021617c9" referenced memory at é0x023a0f8c". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program.

This is what I get each time I close Tmpgenc.

TMPGEnc gives error on exit

When I close Tmpgenc it always gives an error.
This is pretty annoying because I use Tok now.
Can somebody help me?
