thanx for the tip guys. but i just encoded a skvcd movie and clicked the 352x480 template (i used facar) and i see the a black border on the right side the movie is not also centered. why?

DVD2SVCD: choppy or jerky playback

the last couple of months i have been getting choppy/jerky play back and head3ach does not create the encoded_audio_1.mp2 file and i have to do it manualy but even then i always have a bad playback....
