the time process is short on the log because its the one i did afterwards just to show the log, what do u mean by resetting the source range and cut editing????

my file size is still too big, im encoding 12 monkeys, i cut off the credits so its just on 2 hours, i used calcumatic, worked out the average bit rate to be 705, started cqmatic, let it run tmpg and...
