the original avi is 23.976fps and...

but there was no 480x480 sample , just : lbr, ulbr , regular , 704x480
i'm multiplexing with tmpgenc
maybe there is something wrong...

426 x 480 mpeg file
don't know why ???? i specifically set it to 480x480
i burned that sample and it was...

i got 2 modes in witch the picture went to the left side of tv :
1) 352X480 - plus
2) KVCDx3 528X480 - plus
in these modes the picture is wrong

but...
