Ok, another Q - is it better for dvd -> kvcd to have avisynth bicubic or mencoder do the bicubic (1) avisynth dvd to vcd size then...

When going UP (video or graphic) I get best results with Lanczos or B-Spline (eg - photoshop filter s-spline).

What's a good filter to use going...
