which caused the "1 duplicate frame(s)" okay and now working fine its passed 45% for the first pass and looks pretty good so far :)

MencodeME Duplicate frames!
I just started to encode a NTSC at 23,976 frames/second. its a VOB converting to a 1cd KSVCD using DVD filter. and i get this, i played the MPV in VLC and the quality is perfect i just wanted to know...
