Yep, I already there was noted this behaviour. Bitrate Viewer from TECO also shows diferent values for average bitrate (and when pulldown is applied to videostream, the bitrate viewers apps increase...

Thanks a lot, mate!! As a matter of fact, the combo Mencoder/Mplayer which I was using were buggy. Using Mencoder/Mplayer CVS-20060321 did a trick.
