Yes my Audio was in 48khz, my videos come out...
Yes my Audio was in 48khz, my videos come out decent around 2000 Bitrate, the actual max was 2229.
After a quick test I found that the reason it made the video show up as 9800 bitrate on DVD...

TMPGEnc DVD Author didn't like my source ?
I encoded an AVI into m2v with CCE with a max bitrate of around 2000, but TMPGEnc DVD Author reads as 9800.
So when I tried combining it with the and audio file I stripped from the AVI using...
